Crystal Computers Network Support packagesOur Network Support Plans offer a wide variety of options to suit your specific requirements. We have been supplying networks and maintaining computer systems for 20 years. Our business and technical experience and our ability for on-time delivery have built our reputation. Platinum Support Plan

Perfect for clients who want the fastest response time and maximum peace of mind. Our technician will be on-site within 4-8 hours of your call to our support line. This Plan ensures minimal downtime and disruption to your environment. It covers any necessary replacement equipment, as well as access to our help desk for software queries. Our computerised telephone call-logging system with escalation procedures ensures that our full support plan gives you the security that any IT-related problem will be taken care of.

Standard Support Plan

If your company doesn't have an IT department and you need the backup and support of a qualified technician in the event of a problem arising, then this plan will work for you. We guarantes a response time of 8 to 24 working hours, replacement equipment where necessary, as well as access to our help desk for software queries. Our computerised telephone call-logging system has escalation procedures, and with one phone call your computer needs will be attended to. This option is perfect for small to medium-sized computer systems.

Telephone Support Plan

Speak with a qualified technician and get the expert help you need to solve application and system problems. Our Plan supports SAGE, Sybiz, WinPay, Microsoft Office and Windows OS. We can also troubleshoot Internet and e-Mail problems too. You can request a site visit and we will advise time and cost and ensure your booking gets highest priority.

Pre-Pay Discount Plan

This is an innovative plan that offers flexible use of the time paid for - whether it is a site visit to repair equipment fault or software installations and any other house-keeping functions. You can purchase units of time in 1-hour segments, minimum 10 units. Our Pre-Pay Plan guarantees a response time of 4 to 8 working hours following your call to our support line. Please note: Replacement parts, if necessary, are NOT covered with this plan. The hours purchased are logged onto our computerised system and are monitored and depleted as they are used.
